| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá zaváděním systému environmentálního managementu do výrobní společnosti. V první části mapuje vývoj manažerských přístupů v oblasti EMS, shrnuje platnou legislativu týkající se ochrany ŽP v ČR, popisuje současné trendy v EMS jako jsou ISO 14001 a EMAS s následným porovnáním. V praktické části je analyzován nynější stav ve firmě. Je popsán postup zavedení EMS s návrhem příručky ISO 14001, ve které je mimo jiné environmentální prohlášení, registr environmentálních aspektů a jsou stanoveny cíle a cílové hodnoty. Z cílů vychází návrh opatření ke zlepšení výkonnosti EMS. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the introduction of an environmental management system in a manufacturing company. The first part maps the development of managerial approaches in the field of EMS, summarizes the current legislation concerning environmental protection in the Czech Republic, describes current trends in EMS such as ISO 14001 and EMAS with subsequent comparison. The practical part analyzes the current situation in the company. The procedure for the implementation of the EMS is described with the draft of the ISO 14001 manual, which contains, among other things, an environmental statement, a register of environmental aspects and sets targets and target values. The proposal of measures to improve the performance of the EMS are based on the objectives. |
