| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá segmentací cévního recište v játrech z trojrozmerných obrazových dat. Mapuje metody pocítacového videní vhodné pro segmentaci a registraci cévního recište jater, vcetne metod pro predzpracování obrazových dat. V práci jsou porovnány registracní metody využívající rigid body, non-rigid body a afinní transformace. Dále jsou popsány segmentacní metody detekce hran, prahování, narustání oblastí a metody založené na zkoumání okolí obrazového bodu. Soucástí práce je vlastní návrh metody pro registraci CT snímku a následnou segmentaci cévního recište v játrech. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis focuses on the liver vascular system segmentation using volumetric image data. It charts methods of computer vision applicable for registration and vessels segmentation, including methods for images preprocessing. In the thesis, rigid body, non-rigid body and affine registration methods are compared. Further, segmentation methods for edge detection, thresholding, region grow and the picture points surrounding area are described. This thesis includes own method for CT images registration and liver vascular system segmentation. |
