Abstract in different language:	In the article, the authors deal with the solution of a possible increased incidence of plagiarism in students' written work during online education at home. Online home education is a type of distance learning which was brought to school by the COVID-19 pandemic practically all around the world. Schools, teachers, students and their parents responded to this fact with changes in their approaches to education. In addition to the general characteristics of distance education and plagiarism, the authors of the article offer instructions to teachers how to effectively detect student plagiarism and they also propose preventive measures against the occurrence of the plagiarism. Na dosiahnutie cieľov sme použili nasledovné metódy: 1. Literárna metóda, na zistenie aktuálneho stavu problematiky a potrebných softvérových, hardvérových resp. personálnych požiadaviek potrebných na online vzdelávanie. 2. Pozorovanie a rozhovor, na zistenie názorov študentov na vzdelávanie počas koronakrízy.
