| Abstract: | Tato práce je shrnujícím materiálem vztahujícím se k trestné činnosti mládeže. Hlavním zaměřením je zde především osoba pachatele, podrobná komparace se slovenskou právní úpravou, rozbor výchovných a ochranných opatření ukládaných mladistvým a opatření ukládaných dětem a vytvoření podrobné charakteristiky trestné činnosti mládeže. Dále jsou zde kapitoly rozebírající činnost jednotlivých subjektů zúčastněných v procesu s mládeží, jsou zde popsány instituce pro mládež a v neposlední řadě je zde upraven výslech mladistvého obviněného. Po přečtení této práce získá čtenář komplexní přehled o dané problematice. V práci je zařazeno mnoho kazuistických příkladů z praxe, na kterých lze pozorovat současnou rozhodovací praxi. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is a summarizing material related to the youth crime. This thesis focuses mainly on the person of an offender, detailed comparison with Slovak legislation, analysis of educational and protective measures that are imposed on youth people and measures imposed on children. This thesis brings detailed characteristics of youth crime. There are also chapters analyzing the activity of all the entities who take part in the process with youth. There are described the institutions for youth and there is regulated hearing of the juvenile defendant. After reading this thesis the reader gets a complete overview of this topic. There are also many case examples from practice that demonstrates the current decision-making practice. |
