| Abstract: | Autorka této rigorózní práce si dává za cíl zanalyzovat základní svobodu, kterou je volný pohyb pracovníků v rámci jednotného vnitřního trhu Evropské Unie, a to od jeho samotného počátku až do současnosti a provázat tak logicky jednotlivé kapitoly, které se budou zabývat jak samotným vznikem jednotného trhu, tak orgány Evropské Unie, které s volným pohybem pracovníků v rámci jednotného vnitřního trhu souvisejí a vydávají ať už závazné či jen doporučující právní předpisy. Následně se bude autorka zabývat problematikou samotných pracovníků a jejich právy a povinnostmi, stejně tak jako právy a povinnostmi jejich rodinných příslušníků. Na závěr by neměla být opomenuta ani omezení, která mohou pracovníky při volném pohybu v rámci vnitřního trhu potkat. |
| Abstract in different language: | The author of this rigorous thesis aims to analyze the fundamental freedom, which is the free movement of workers within the single market of the European Union, from its very beginning to the present and to link logically the individual chapters that will deal with the emergence of the single market and the institutions of the European Union, which are related to the free movement of workers within the single internal market and issue either binding or only recommendatory legislation. Subsequently, the author will deal with the issue of the workers themselves and their rights and obligations, as well as the rights and obligations of their family members. Finally, the restrictions that workers may encounter during their free movement within the internal market should not be overlooked. |
