| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje přezkumu územních plánů. První kapitoly jsou věnované územnímu plánování a jeho nástrojům obecně. V práci jsou rozebírány možnosit správního a soudního přezkumu, řešeny problematické otázky přezkumu a analyzovány časté procesní vady. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted thesis discusses the topic of review of the land-use plan. The first several chapters are devoted to zoning planning in general. The following chapters define different ways of reviewing the land-use plan. Possible problematic questions that can occur during the process were pointed out. Frequent issues that occur during the adoption process of the land-use plans were analyzed. |
