| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zmapováním institutu eutanázie v České republice. Diplomová práce vymezuje historii pojmu, definuje základní terminologii. Předestírá rozhodovací činnost Evropského soudu pro lidská práva, včetně právní situace v zahraničí odkud je možné čerpat inspiraci pro případnou právní normu použitelnou v českém prostředí. Je také vysvětlena minulá i současná situace v České republice. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the mapping of the institute of euthanasia in the Czech Republic. The diploma thesis defines the history of the term, defines the basic terminology. It presents the decision-making activity of the European Court of Human Rights, including the legal situation abroad, from where it is possible to draw inspiration for a possible legal norm applicable in the Czech environment. The past and current situation in the Czech Republic is also explained. |
