| Abstract: | Diplomová práce popisuje konkrétní projekt, který je zpracován ve společnosti Aimtec. Autor práce byl po celou dobu trvání projektu přítomen na všech schůzkách, proto práce vychází z jeho osobních zápisů. Diplomová práce definuje projekt a jeho základní plány, které jsou potřebné k jeho úspěšné realizaci. Cílem práce je aplikace teoretických znalostí v oblasti projektového řízení, dále navržení a implementace změn v modulu CO v programu SAP pro společnost Intertell spol. s.r.o. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis describes a specific project, which is coordinated by the company Aimtec. The author of the work was present at all meetings throughout the project, so the work is based on personal records. The thesis defines the project and its basic plans that are needed for its successful implementation. The aim of the work is the application of theoretical knowledge in the field of project management, as well as the design and implementation of changes in the CO module in the SAP program for the company Intertell spol. s.r.o. |
