| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na lidsko-právní situaci v KLDR v časovém rozpětí posledních deseti let (2001 - 2012). Hlavním cílem práce je poskytnou detailní analýzu lidsko-právních podmínek a Severní Koreji a také najít hlavní příčiny a kořeny porušování lidských práv a to jak z hlediska domácí severokorejské politiky, tak z hlediska přístupu mezinárodního společenství. Pro kontextuální pochopení práce autorka také vložila kapitolu zabývající se teoretickým uchopením konceptu lidských práv. Výše zmíněná analýza je posléze použita na potvrzení či vyvrácení hypotéz práce. Autorka dochází k závěru, že lidsko-právní situace v KLDR v posledních deseti letech zůstává nezměněná a že aktuální lidsko-právní situaci v KLDR ovlivňuje zejména vůle severokorejských vládnoucích elit. |
| Abstract in different language: | This master´s thesis is focused on the human rights situation in the Democratic People´s Republic of Korea (DPRK, North Korea) in the framework of the last ten years (approximately 2001 ? 2012). Its main goal is, firstly, to provide a detailed analysis of the human rights conditions in North Korea and secondly, to find the root-causes of human rights violations, both in domestic North Korean politics and in the approaches of international players. For contextual understanding of the thesis as a whole, the author added a chapter concerning the theoretical conception of human rights as well. The above-mentioned analysis is then used for confirmation or negatiation of the hypotheses of this thesis. First, ?In North Korea, the human rights situation has remained the same in the last ten years?; second, ?The human rights situation in the DPRK is mainly influenced by internal political affairs and by the current adjustment of the political system?; and finally, ?Non-governmental and international non-governmental organizations´ activities in the DPRK that focus on the human rights situation in the DPRK or directly operate in North Korea positively influence the human rights situation in the country?. The author concludes that the human rights situation remains constant in most cases and that the dominant influence on current human rights conditions in North Korea is mainly the result of the will of North Korean political elites. |
