| Abstrakt: | Článek se zabývá právním rozborem situace převedení věci do vlastnictví jiného po zahájení exekučního řízení. Jako výzkumnou otázku této práce si tedy lze položit, jaký důsledek má převedení do vlastnictví jiného po zahájení exekučního řízení, po nastání účinků generálního inhibitoria a po nastání účinků speciálního inhibitoria. |
| Abstrakt v dalším jazyce: | The article deals with the legal analysis of the situation of the transfer of ownership to another person after the commencement of execution proceedings. The research question of this article, therefore, is the consequence of the transfer to the ownership of another person after the commencement of execution proceedings; what a consequence the transfer to the ownership of another person after the effects of the general inhibitor has occurred; and what the consequence is the transfer to the ownership of another person after the effects of the special inhibitor have occurred. The article also deals marginally with the relative ineffectiveness of legal action in relation to the creditor. |
