| Abstract: | Téma mé bakalářské práce se týká sestavení fotodokumentace vybraných cviků v oblasti kondiční kulturistiky. Budou zde uvedeny základní popisy vybraných cviků, které mají pomoci studentům tělesné výchovy a sportu správně sestavovat cvičební jednotky se zaměřením na danou svalovou partii a její rozvoj. Je zde vysvětlen význam slova kulturistika a věci s ní spojené, jako je například tréninková terminologie. Uvádím i základní popisy svalové tkáně. Pohyby, které tato soustava vykonává, jsou zde také vysvětleny. Dále se zaměřuji na specifika cvičení začátečníků a mladších věkových kategorií v kondiční kulturistice. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of my thesis concerns the compilation of photos selected exercises in fitness bodybuilding. They are the basic descriptions of selected exercises designed to help students of physical education and sports training unit to prepare properly focusing on the muscle group and its development. Is explained meaning bodybuilding and things associated with it, such as training terminology. I also basic descriptions of muscle tissue. Movements that this system is carried out, are also explained. It will focus on specific exercises for beginners and younger ages in fitness bodybuilding. |
