| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je poukázat na to, zda změny v zákonech mohou změnit jednání jednotlivce. Popisuji nejběžnější . každodenní a individuální taktiky pěti migrantů ve městě Plzeň.Tito migranti pocházejí z Ruska, Ukrajiny, Moldavska a Pákistánu. Také bych chtěl ukázat jaký dopad mají zákonné strategie na taktiky migrantů a jaké procesy jsou ukryty za jednáním migrantů. V mém výzkumu jsem se nechal inspirovat různými teorie o současné migraci a ostatními koncepty. Základním východiskem byl koncept strategií a taktik od Michela de Certeau a analytická triáda identity - hranice - řády, to bylo podpořeno praktickým výzkumem v prostředí migrantů v Plzni. Popisuji sedm taktik, užívaných mými informanty, které se jeví jako reakce na zákony v České republice. Tyto nazývám strátegie. Jsou to sociální síť; klientský systém; změna typu pobytu; užívání "Švarc systému" a nelegální práce; bydlení a reálné bydlení; využití poradesnkých organizací; zisk trvalého pobytu. Tyto taktiky dělím na formální a neformální a smíšené, které jsou kombinací těchto dvou typů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this work is to show, if changes of policy could change practice of individual (participants). I describe most popular - everyday and individual tactics in behaviour of environment of five migrants from countries out of European Union, who lived contemporary in Pilsen, Czech Republic. These migrants came from Russia, Ukraine, Moldovan and Pakistan. Also I would like to describe, how officialy limitations and strategies in migration law could impact migrant tactics, and which processes are hidden behind the migrant´s acting. In course of my research I was inspired by wide selection of theories about contemporary migration and other concepts. With base in theory about social strategies and tactics by Michel de Certeau and analytic triade ?identities ? borders ? orders? and practical research in environment of migrants in area of Plzeň, I would like to describe into seven tactics, used by my informants as reaction to policies and laws in Czech Republic, that I called strategies. There are: social networks; customer system; changing target of residence; using ?Švarc systém?; living in rental houses/flats; cooperation with non-governmental and governmental organizations; aquiring permanent residence. I divide this tactics into formal, informal and combine these two types. |
