| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je uvést všeobecný přehled o slinutých karbidech, které se používají pro výrobu řezných nástrojů. , Pomocí vybraných testů bude určen typ slinutého karbidu, který je vhodný pro daný zvolený nástroj dle jeho specifik např. řezných podmínek, obráběného materiálu, obráběcího stroje apod. Diplomová práce je podrobně zaměřena na aplikaci slinutých karbidů k výrobě monolitních vrtáků a fréz. Dalšími cíli je zvyšovaní užitných vlastností slinutých karbidů, přehled normativních zkoušení slinutých karbidů a teplotní degradace slinutých karbidů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the thesis is to give a general overview of cemented carbides, which are used for the manufacture of cutting tools. , The type of cemented carbide will be determined by using of selected tests, which is appropriate for the selected tool by its specifics such as cutting conditions, workpiece material, machine, etc. The thesis is closely focused on the application of cemented carbides to produce monolithic drills and cutters. Other goals are to increase the utility properties of sintered carbides, overview of normative testing cemented carbides and tungsten carbides thermal degradation. |
