| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na vytvoření strategického plánu neziskové organizace Dobromysl, o. p. s. Práce začíná vymezením nestátního neziskového sektoru, kde neziskové organizace působí. Dále je představena organizace Dobromysl, o. p. s. a její činnost, je provedena analýza prostředí organizace a je sestaven strategický plán pro období 2013 - 2016. Pro toto období je následně vytvořen také finanční plán organizace. Další část práce je zaměřena na analýzu rizikových faktorů, které ohrožují naplnění strategického plánu, tvorbu strategických scénářů a analýzu nákladů a přínosů činnosti organizace. V závěru práce je uveden návrh postupu implementace daného strategického plánu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused on the creation strategic plan for nonprofit organization Dobromysl, o. p. s. Work begins by defining the nongovernmental sector, where nongovernmental organizations operate. Then is presented the organization Dobromysl, o. p. s. and its activities, the environment of organization is analysed and is compiled the strategic plan for 2013 - 2016. For this period is subsequently created a financial plan of the organization. Next part of this work is focused on the analysis of risk factors that threaten the fulfillment of the strategic plan, the creation of strategic scenarios and cost-benfit analysis. In the conclusion is presented a proposal for the implementation of the strategic plan. |
