| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na celoevropský i celosvětový problém nízkého zastoupení žen ve vrcholné politice. Za pomoci analýzy dostupných dat a dokumentů a širokého spektra odborné literatury, jsem zmapovala současný stav participace žen a jejich zapojení do politické činnosti v České republice. Dále popisuji důležité faktory a bariéry, které ženám brání ve větším podílu na moci. Zjištěné poznatky jsem poté porovnala s několika vybranými zeměmi. Při zpracovávání tématu jsem využila zejména metody studia a analýzy dostupných zdrojů a dokumentů a sekundární analýzy dat vyhledaných výzkumných prací a statistických dat. |
| Abstract in different language: | The work is focused on the pan-European and global issue of low representation of women in top politics. By analyzing available data and documents, and a wide range of literature, I have mapped the current state of women's participation and their involvement in political activities in the Czech Republic. Also describe the important factors and barriers that women face in higher share of power. Learned I then compared with a few selected countries. When processing the topic I used mainly the method of study and analysis of available sources and documents and secondary analysis of data retrieved research papers and statistical data. |
