| Abstract: | V bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou kvality života u nemocného s celiakií. Pojednává o autoimunitním dědičném onemocnění tenkého střeva, které je vyvolané nesnášenlivostí bílkovin obsažených v obilném lepku. Celiakie je závažné onemocnění dětí i dospělých. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní poznatky o této nemoci, její projevy, formy a diagnostika. Následně poté se zaměřuji na bezlepkovou dietu, která je základní léčbou celiakie. Zabývám se nejen zdravotním dopadem nemoci,ale i sociálním a ekonomickým. Praktickou část bakalářské práce jsem zaměřila na pacienty s celiakií. Pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru jsem zjišťovala nejčastější problémy a obavy pacienta. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit jak nemoc ovlivňuje život člověka a jeho rodinu, zmapovat informovanost jedince a zjistit změny v životním stylu. Stanovené cíle byly splněny a v diskuzi výsledky porovnány mezi sebou. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the issue of quality of life in a patient with celiac disease. It discusses the hereditary autoimmune disorder of the small intestine, which is caused by intolerance to the protein contained in corn gluten. Celiac disease is a serious disease in childhood and adulthood. The theoretical section summarizes basic knowledge about this disease, its symptoms, forms and diagnosis. After that I focus on a gluten-free diet, which is the basic treatment of celiac disease. I deal not only with the health impact of the disease, but also with social and economic impact. The practical part of the thesis I focused on patients with celiac disease. Using semi-structured interview I found out the most common issues and concerns of the patient. The purpose of this research was to determine how the disease affects the lives of man and his family, mapping awareness of individual and find out the changes in the lifestyle. The objectives were accomplished and compared with each other in discussion. |
