dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá činností jednotek IZS na místě mimořádné události, a to se zaměřením na ohledání místa činu, resp. události. Základní činnosti jednotek IZS spočívají v zásahu, tzn. v odvrácení nebezpečí nebo zmírnění a odstranění následků mimořádné události (požár, havárie, výbuch). Důležitou součástí činností jednotek IZS jsou i následné činnosti, zejména vyšetřování mimořádné události na místě, a to i s možností využití vzájemné spolupráce všech složek, včetně spolupráce s orgány, jejichž úkolem je vymáhání práva. Cílem práce je obecně a komplexně popsat činnost jednotek IZS při ohledání místa mimořádné události, a to ze všech hledisek.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the activities of the IRS units on-site of an emergency event, i. e. with focus on the creme scene investigation. The basic activities of the IRS units are to intervene, i. e. avert danger or to mitigate and eliminate the consequences of an emergency event (fire, crash, explosion). However, the follow-up activities, especially the on-site investigation of an emergency event, is very important part of the activities of the IRS units, also with the possibility of cooperation of the law enforcement authorities. The aim of the thesis is to generally and comprehensively describe the activities of the IRS units during the investigation of the crime scene of na emergency event, form all points of view.en
