| dc.description.abstract | Americko-mexická hranice, nejfrekventovanější hraniční linie na světě, je zároveň politicky výbušné téma, přitahující pozornost médií. Veřejnost si ji často spojuje se stavbou neprostupné zdi, která má zastavit mezinárodní migraci. Původ migrantů a jejich motivace směřovat do Spojených států se však v posledních několika desetiletí významně změnila. Článek rozebírá příčiny této změny i možná jiná řešení, než je stavba neprostupné a extrémně drahé bariéry, ale také příčiny a změny v migračních tocích v americko-mexickém příhraničí. | cs |
