| Abstract: | Předložená práce "Problematika cestovních náhrad u tuzemských a zahraničních pracovních cest" je zaměřena na analýzu problematiky související s cestovními náhradami a na analýzu systému vyúčtování cestovních náhrad zvolené společnosti. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s cestovními náhradami, druhy cestovních náhrad, odlišnosti zahraniční a tuzemské pracovní cesty, účtování cestovních náhrad a jejich daňové dopady. Praktická část se skládá z popisu společnosti a ze základních informací o účtování cestovních náhrad. Důležitou součástí praktické části jsou modelové příklady tuzemské a zahraniční pracovní cesty, kde je ukázán výpočet cestovních náhrad a jejich zaúčtování ve zmíněné společnosti. V neposlední řadě bakalářská práce obsahuje zhodnocení systému vyúčtování cestovních náhrad ve společnosti a návrhy na jeho zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented report "The issues of travel compensations for domestic and foreign business trips" is focused on analysis the issues related to the travel compensations and analysis system of accounts of travel compensations of the selected company. The theoretical part of this bachelor´s thesis defines the basic terms related to the travel compensations, types of travel compensations, differences between foreign and domestic business trips, accounting for travel compensations and their tax impacts. The practical part consists of a description of the company and basic information about accounting for travel compensation. An important part of the practical part are examples of domestic and foreign business trips, which show the calculation of travel compensation and their accounting in the mentioned company. Finally, the bachelor´s thesis includes an evaluation of the system accounts of travel compensations in the company and the suggestions for improvement. |
