| Abstract: | Cílem příspěvku je ukázat na některé důležité aspekty v biografickém výzkumu, které zpracovává zákon či které jsou definovány jako jistá etika v rámci výzkumu. Etický rámec těchto výzkumu má svá úskalí, a proto nabízím přehled o datech, která badatelé sbírají, stejně tak poukazuji na jejich definice. V závěru hodnotím, jakým způsobem můžeme k datům přistupovat, a nakolik má právě zmíněný zákon místo v našich výzkumech. |
| Abstract in different language: | The goal of the paper is to show some important aspects in biographical research, which are either already included in the law or which are defined as certain ethics in research. The Ethical framework of the research has its barriers. Therefore the paper offers an overview of the data that researchers collect, as well as their definitions. Finally, it shows the way we treat the data and what is the space for application of the forementioned law in our research. |
