Abstrakt v dalším jazyce:	This article deals with the perspectives that are used to analyze North Korean foreign policy. In particular, it offers the perspective of an irrational or mad actor, the perspective of a rational actor, the ideological and cultural perspective, the identity perspective and, finally, the role theory-based perspective. These analytical approaches have their pros and cons and take into consideration various angles and aspects of North Korean foreign policy. These approaches are also based on different theoretical backgrounds. Consequently, they arrive to different interpretations of North Korean diplomacy and offer a broad spectrum for understanding this phenomenon.
