dc.description.abstract | Die Arbeit konzentriert sich auf das Fundraising, das heißt auf die systematische Tätigkeit mit dem Ziel, die benötigten finanziellen und nicht-finanziellen Mittel für Nonprofit-Organisationen zu beschaffen. Der Fokus der Arbeit liegt dabei in einem tschechisch-deutschen Vergleich dieser Problematik. Außer dem Fundraising beschäftigt sich die Arbeit mit Themen wie Nonprofit-Organisationen und dem Spendenmarkt, die eng mit dem Fundraising verbunden sind. Im Rahmen der Arbeit wurde auch eine Umfrage durchgeführt. Anhand dieser Umfrage werden die Einstellungen der deutschen und tschechischen NPOs zum Fundraising sowie die Anwendung des Fundraisings in Deutschland und in Tschechien verglichen. | cs |

Thereby the paper is concentrated on a Czech-German comparison of this issue.
