| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce se věnuje controllingu a jeho vztahu k IT. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou controllingu z pohledu historického vývoje, cílů, funkcí a organizace. Následuje prognóza budoucnosti controllingu a vysvětlení důležitosti podpory controllingu IT. Teoretická část je zakončena popisem přístupu k výběru a implementaci controllingového software. V praktické části je analyzován softwarový controllingový nástroj MACS a popsán proces jeho implementace v podniku EFKO karton, s. r. o. Proces implementace je rozdělen do šesti fází od zjišťování záměru vlastníka přes implementaci MACS po předání díla. Závěrečná kapitola uzavírá praktickou část zhodnocením metodiky implementace v podniku EFKO karton, s. r. o. a shrnuje přínosy MACS pro podnik. Závěr sumarizuje zjištěné poznatky o controllingu a jeho propojení s IT. | cs |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis is dedicated to controlling and its relationship to IT. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on characteristics of controlling from the view of historical development, objectives, functions and organization. In the next part, there is a forecast of the future of controlling and explanation of the importance of IT support of controlling. The theoretical part is finished describing the approach to the selection and implementation of controlling software. In the practical part there is analysed controlling software tool MACS and described the process of its implementation in the company EFKO karton, s. r. o. The process of the implementation is divided into six parts from identifying needs of owner through implementation of MACS after the handover of work to the customer. The final chapter concludes the practical part of the evaluation of the methodology of the implementation in the company EFKO karton, s. r. o. and summarizes the benefits for the company.
