| Abstract: | Cieľom predloženej práce bolo pozorovať a analyzovať zmeny v anatomických štruktúrach slnečnice ročnej ( Helianthus annuus ) počas juvenilnej fázy ontogenézy. Pozorovania svetelným mikroskopom boli uskutočnené v pravidelných časových intervaloch tak, aby boli zachytené zmeny v štruktúre koreňa, stonky a listu. Fotografi e znázorňujú anatomické štruktúry realisticky a tak nahrádzajú tradičné učebnicové ilustrácie. Navyše, anatomické štruktúry sú fotografi cky dokumentované tak, ako ich môže pozorovať študent strednej školy. Na základe výsledkov vlastných pozorovaní navrhujeme niekoľko laboratórnych úloh pre výučbu botaniky na stredných školách, prevažne na gymnáziách. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of our work was to observe and analyse anatomical changes in the vegetative organs of Annual Sunfl ower ( Helianthus annuus ) during the juvenile phase in the ontogenesis. Light microscopic observations were regularly carried out to record the presence of changes induced in the anatomical structure of the root, the stem, and the leaf. The photographs depict anatomic structures with a realism unmatched by illustrations in traditional school-books. Moreover, the photographs which you fi nd throughout this education contribution are good examples of the kinds of documentation the students of grammar schools can make during their study. Based on our observations, the botanical practical activities for grammar schools are proposed. |
