| Abstract: | Předmětem práce je popis nástrojů, které AČR využívá ke komunikaci s veřejností, vývoje armádního marketingu a legislativních prvků, podle kterých se tento marketing řídí. Hlavním jádrem práce je metodologické uchopení konkrétních komunikačních příkladů mise v Afghánistánu a Iráku, které byly z hlediska vojenského nasazení celosvětově sporné a na nichž lze vývoj a tendence v komunikaci AČR sledovat. Práce předkládá jednu z metodologických možností, jak zkoumat politickou komunikaci v širší perspektivě legislativního, bezpečnostního a částečně též morálního rámce s možností zaujetí kritického stanoviska vůči výrokům politické instituce, které by, dle názoru autora, měly politické vědy vždy nabízet. |
| Abstract in different language: | The object of this work is a description of the tools that the Czech Armed Forces uses to communicate with the public. The development of military marketing and legislative elements of the public communication. The main core of the work is methodological guideline of specific examples of communication - the missions in Afghanistan and Iraq, which have been, in terms of military deployment, worldwide issue - and where possible the development and trends in communications of the Czech Armed Forces track. The work presents a methodological ways to investigate political communication in a wider perspective of the legislative, safety and partly of moral framework. It offers the possibility of attracting a critical position in relation to the statements of political institutions that would, according to the author, political science should always offer. |
