Abstract: | Termoelektrické vlastnosti rozhraní (001) n-typu 6.5STO / 1.5LAO byly zkoumány metodou all-electron s plným potenciálem založenou na semi-klasické Boltzmannově teorii. Výpočty ukazují, že rozhraní n-typu 6.5STO / 1.5LAO vykazuje stav s nenulovou hustotou na úrovni Fermi (EF), což vede k neobvyklým transportním vlastnostem a zvyšuje elektrickou vodivost |
Abstract in different language: | The thermoelectric properties of the (001) n-type 6.5STO/1.5LAO interface were investigated by means of the all-electron full-potential method based on the semi-classical Boltzmann theory. Calculations show that the n-type 6.5STO/1.5LAO interface exhibits non-zero density of states at the Fermi level (EF), whichleads to unusual transport properties and enhances the electrical conductivity |
