| Abstract: | Kárná řízení se soudními exekutory vedou od roku 2009 kárné senáty Nejvyššího správního soudu, podobně jako se soudci a státními zástupci. Na rozdíl od advokátů a notářů tak Exekutorská komora ČR jako zákonem zřízený orgán profesní samosprávy soudních exekutorů nad svými členy nevykonává kárnou pravomoc. Článek se zabývá silnými a slabými stránkami této právní úpravy a zamýšlí se i nad jejími možnými změnami. |
| Abstract in different language: | Disciplinary proceedings with Judicial Officers are conducted by disciplinary chambers of the Supreme Administrative Court since 2009 similarly as with judges and state prosecutors. In contrast with attorneys and notaries the National Chamber of Judicial Officers of Czech republic is the only professional chamber established by statute that does not exercise disciplinary authority over its members. This article deals with strong and weak aspects of such legislation and comes up with possible changes. |
