Abstract: | Byly porovnány tři přístupy k predikci poruch založené na matematickém modelování, strojovém učení a heuristickém přístupu. |
Abstract in different language: | The task to predict a fluctuating periodic disturbance-variation of the rolling force in a cold rolling mill which is caused by the eccentricity of rolls-was selected for comparison of three approaches to prediction which include an explicit mathematical modelling, machine learning and a heuristic approach. Reliable disturbance predictor trained on the empty rolling mill is well utilizable in the possible consequent effort to minimize eccentricity effects during rolling of metal strips when it is difficult to distinguish among several sources of the rolling force variation. All three methods proved their applicability although they differ both in prediction quality and in amount of necessary initial information. |
