| Abstract: | Spravodlivý proces a pravo na jeho realizaciu patria bezpochyby k jedním z prejavov fungujúceho pravneho stiatu. Rovnako pravo na spravodlivý proces v trestnom konani predstavuje jednu zo zakladnýrch zasad trestneho konania. Tento clank je zameraný na poukazanie na zakladne prvky prava na spravodlivý proces v trestnom konani prejavujace sa v aplikačnej praxi z europskeho hladiska. |
| Abstract in different language: | The fair trial and its proper realization belong without any doubts to the symptoms of the functioning rule of law state. As well as a right to fair trial in the criminal proceedings which is considered as one of the fundamental principles of the criminal proceedings. This article is focused on the basic elements of the right to fair trial in the criminal proceedings in the judicial practice form the European point of view. |
