| Abstrakt: | Předložená práce se zabývá vybranými aspekty kolektivního investování. Kromě charakteristiky finančního trhu, jeho struktury a regulací práce řeší i oblast investic, především jejich pojetí z makroekonomického a podnikového hlediska, investiční trojúhelník a možnosti investování. Následuje problematika kolektivního investování, jeho výhody, nevýhody a popis subjektů jako je investiční společnost, depozitář, fondy a jejich druhy. Následuje analýza historie a vývoje kolektivního investování a jeho legislativy ve světě a v České republice. Poslední část práce se věnuje kolektivnímu investování ve vybrané společnosti. Kapitola se zaobírá fungováním kolektivního investování jednotlivých subjektů vybrané finanční skupiny, blíže se zabývá dohledem a vykazovacími povinnostmi subjektů. Závěr práce analyzuje finanční činnost fondu a podfondů z pohledu daňové a účetní problematiky. |
| Abstrakt v dalším jazyce: | The thesis deals with the selected aspects of collective investment. Besides characterizing the financial, its structure and function regulation, it also deals with the area of investments, especially their approach from the macroeconomic and corporate point of view, the investment triangle and the investment possibilities. Following is the issue of the collective investing, its advantages and disadvantages and a description of entities, such a s investment company, depositary, funds and types of funds. This is followed by the analysis of the collective investment history and development in the world and in the Czech Republic. The last part is dedicated to collective investment in the selected company. The chapter deals with the functioning of collective investment of individual entities of the selected financial group, with focus on supervision and tax liability. The the conclusion, the financial activities of the fund and sub-funds are analyzed from the tax and accounting point of view. |
