| Abstract: | Tento článek se zaměřuje na jeden z výchovných prostředků - tělesné tresty. Pokládá si otázku, zda lze tělesné tresty vnímat jako přípustný výchovný prostředek v podmínách českého práva. Ačkoli se odpověď zdá být na první pohled zřejmá, ve skutečnosti je mnohem komplikovanější. Článek se také vypořádává s otázkou, zda by měl být aktuální status quo změněn a zda by Česká republika měla zavést výslovný zázak jakých koli tělesných trestů jako mnoho jiných států. Spíše než přímá odpověď jsou nabídnuty různé názory a je ponechán prostor pro velmi potřebnou diskusi nad tímto tématem. |
| Abstract in different language: | This article focuses on one of the means of upbringing - corporal punishments. It sets down a question if they can be seen as an admissible mean of upbringing under the Czech law. Even though the answer seems obvious on the first sight, it is actually far more complicated. The article also deals with the question if the current status quo should be changed and the Czech Republic should introduce an explicit ban of all corporal punishments like many other countries. Rather than giving a strict answer, different opinions are offered and an open space is left for much needed further discussion. |
