| Abstract: | V článku autoři přibližují život významného patologa, jeho přínos pro zavedení kriminalisticko-praktické metody rekonstrukce. Kromě patologie se proslavil zavedením rekonstrukce v soudní síni. V člínku jsou popsány významné kauzy Bernarda Spilsburyho a dále zavedení speciálního kufru pro ohledání mrtvoly. Autoři prezentují i některé kritické pohledy na práci tohoto patologa. V závěru analyzují významný přínos Bernards Spilsburyho pro rozvoj patologie a kriminalistických metod v praxi. |
| Abstract in different language: | In the article, the authors describe the life of an important pathologist, his contribution to the introduction of the criminologically practival method of reconstruction. In addition to pathology, he became famous for introducing reconstruction in the courtroom. The article describes the important cases of Bernard Spilsbury and the introduction of a special case for examining a corpse. The authors also present some critical views on the work of this pathologist. In the conclusion, they analyze Bernard Spilsbury´s significant contributin to the development of pathology and criminological methods in practice. |
