dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na uplatnění absolventů ergoterapie v České republice. Teoretická část je rozdělena na dvě velké kapitoly. V první kapitole je rozebírána ergoterapie v ČR a zahraničních zemích, jako je Velká Británie, Francie, Finsko nebo Švédsko. Ve druhé kapitole se poté autor zaměřuje na samotné uplatnění absolventů oboru ergoterapie v České republice. Konkrétně představuje kompetence ergoterapeuta, možnosti uplatnění pro ergoterapeuty v ČR. Dále se zde autor zabývá přechodem studenta do ergoterapeutické praxe a vnímáním ergoterapeutické praxe očima absolventů. V praktické části této bakalářské práce je mapováno uplatnění absolventů oboru ergoterapie v ČR, zjišťováno, zda se absolventi oboru ergoterapie uplatňují v oboru a pokud neuplatňují, tak proč. Poznatky byly zjišťovány prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu nestandardizovaným dotazníkem. V závěru práce jsou rozebrány získané poznatky.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the employment of occupational therapy graduates in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is divided into two large chapters. The first chapter discusses occupational therapy in the Czech Republic and foreign countries such as Great Britain, France, Finland or Sweden. In the second chapter, the author then focuses on the actual employment of occupational therapy graduates in the Czech Republic. Specifically, it introduces the competencies of an occupational therapist, the employment opportunities for occupational therapists in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the author discusses the student's transition into occupational therapy practice and the perception of occupational therapy practice through the eyes of graduates. In the practical part of this bachelor thesis, the employment of graduates in occupational therapy in the Czech Republic is mapped, it is investigated whether graduates in occupational therapy are applying themselves in the field of and if not, why. The findings were collected through quantitative research using a non-standardised questionnaire. The thesis concludes with a discussion of the findings.en
