| Abstract: | Cílem článku je poskytnout obchodním korporacím základní přehled o tom, které z povinností se jich týkají v souvislosti s přijetím zákona o ochraně oznamovatelů , upozornit na dostupné výklady jednotlivých institutů a předložit praktický návod, jak postupovat při přijímání oznámení o možném protiprávním jednání. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this article is to provide business corporations with practical guidance on how to comply with the obligations imposed by the Whistleblower Protection Act, thus eliminating the risks of damaging the business corporation's reputation in the eyes of the public and of being fined for breach of the obligations |
