Since freedom of expression is not absolute, it must be restricted in certaincases. In the context of the case-law, the author has indicated which conditions must be met in order to be a con stitutionally acceptable restriction on freedom of expression. In conclusion, the author pointed to an attempt to introduce a new crime of spreading false information, citing arguments that justify its contradiction with the Constitution of the Slovak Republic. | en |
