| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením ekonomické efektivnosti vybrané investice. V teoretické části práce je nejprve obecně vymezena investice a specifikován proces investičního rozhodování. Následně jsou klasifikovány investiční projekty podle různých hledisek a charakterizovány samotné metody hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investic. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na již uskutečněný investiční projekt společnosti Kermi s.r.o. Porovnána je plánovaná ekonomická efektivnost tohoto projektu s efektivností skutečnou. Na základě výsledků metod je zhodnocena ekonomická efektivnost této investice a zformulováno případné doporučení pro podnik. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the economic efficiency of a selected investment. The theoretical part of the thesis first defines the investment in general and specifies the investment decision-making process. Subsequently, investment projects are classified according to different aspects and the methods of evaluating the economic efficiency of investments are characterized. The practical part of the thesis focuses on an already implemented investment project of Kermi s.r.o. The planned economic efficiency of this project is compared with the actual economic efficiency. Based on the results of the methods, the economic efficiency of this investment is evaluated and possible recommendations for the company are formulated. |
