| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce charakterizuje vnitropodnikové směrnice vyplývající z právních předpisů platných k 1.1.2014. Charakteristika vnitropodnikových směrnic je zaměřena na směrnice upravující účetnictví podnikatelských subjektů. V práci jsou vyzdviženy ty části právních předpisů, které vnitropodnikové úpravy pomocí vnitřních předpisů umožňují nebo přímo nařizují. V praktické části je provedena analýza stávajících vnitropodnikových směrnic společnosti Úněšovský statek a.s. Výstupem této analýzy je identifikace nedostatků a jejich řešení návrhem změn stávajících směrnic nebo vytvořením směrnic nových. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted bachelor thesis characterizes the internal guidelines within a company that emerge from the legal regulation valid from 1 January 2014. The characteristic of the internal guidelines is focused on the guidelines that regulate business entity accounting. In the thesis, there is emphasized the part of the legal regulations that either make possible the internal modifications by means of internal guidelines or directly order such modifications. In the practical part of the thesis, there was carried out an analysis of the current internal guidelines of Unesovsky statek, joint- stock company. The outcome of the analysis is an identification of the drawbacks and the solution of these shortcomings by the change proposal or the new guidelines creation. |
