Abstract in different language: | Presented work deals with a modeling of a vibration of turbine blades. In accordance with the experimental arrangement tested in IT AS CR, the computational model of a couple of clamped blades into a rotating rigid disk with a friction element is designed. Either of the blades is discretized by the finite element method. We assume a bending vibration of the blade in its one plane of symmetry combined with a torsional vibration along the longitudinal axis. In this work, the friction element is considered a mass point elastically placed in a wedge gap between the blade shrouds. The friction in central contact points between the blade shrouds and the friction element is approximated by a continuous function depending on slip velocities of the shrouds relative to the friction element. Considered friction characteristic respects the micro-slip phase at the very low slip velocities and the macro-slip (full-slip) phase at the higher slip velocities. Both of the blades are excited in axial direction by non-rotating electromagnet. The friction element impact and also a chosen parameter of the friction characteristic impact on bending vibration of the blades are analyzed. Then, the equivalent linearization method is applied on this strongly nonlinear system. An optimization of chosen parameters of the friction element and coefficient of friction for the bending vibration suppression of the blades and also an optimization for the dynamic bending stress suppression are performed. In the last chapter, a modeling of a vibration of a whole harmonically excited bladed disk with friction elements placed between neighbouring blade shrouds is described. |
