| Abstrakt: | Cílem této diplomové práce nazvané: Role překladatele v procesu komunikace mezi dětským čtenářem a textem na příkladu knihy A Little Princess autorky F. H. Burnettové, bylo přeložit dvě vybrané kapitoly z knihy F. H. Burnettové a použít je jako podklad pro kvalitativní výzkum provedený přímo s cílovými dětskými čtenáři. Dalším cílem bylo identifikovat roli překladatele v komunikaci mezi cílovým dětským čtenářem a přeloženým textem. Teoretická část této diplomové práce se zabývá jednotlivými částmi komunikačního schématu: Autor - Text ve výchozím jazyce - Překladatel - Text v cílovém jazyce - Čtenář; dále teorií interpretace a procesem překladu - primárně překladatelovými opravami a úpravami textu. Z knihy Malá princezna byly vybrány dvě kapitoly, konkrétně kapitola jedna (Sára) a kapitola dvě (Hodina francouzštiny), které byly přeloženy pomocí různých překladatelských metod a postupů. Návrh českého překladu je doplněn analýzou překladu. Na základě této analýzy byly identifikovány konkrétní části textu, na které se zaměřuje kvalitativní výzkum provedený s cílovými dětskými čtenáři. Během výzkumu byly sledovány reakce dětských čtenářů na problematické části textu, abychom mohli identifikovat roli překladatele v komunikačním procesu mezi dětským čtenářem a přeloženým textem. |
| Abstrakt v dalším jazyce: | The aim of this dissertation named: The role of the translator in the process of communication between the child reader and the text on the example of the book A Little Princess by F. H. Burnett, was translating of two chosen chapters from the book by F. H. Burnett as the source for qualitative research performed with the target child readers and identification of the role of the translator during the communication between the target child reader and the target text. The theoretical part of this dissertation deals with individual components of the communication scheme: Author - Source Text - Translator - Target Text - Reader and also with the theory of interpretation and with the process of translating especially with adjustments and corrections of the source text executed by the translator. From the book A Little Princess there were chosen the first two chapters, namely Sara(chapter one) and A French Lesson (chapter two), which were translated by different methods of translation. The suggestion of the translation into the Czech language is supplemented with the translation analysis. On the basis of this analysis there were identified specific parts of the text. The qualitative research performed with the target child readers is focused on these parts. The reactions of the child readers to the problematic parts of the text were observed during the research in order to identify the role of the translator in the communication process between the child reader and the target text. |
