| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem Stárnutí populace a financování potřeb seniorů. V první části této práce se nachází stručná charakteristika demografického vývoje v České republice. Dále jsou popsány nabízené sociální služby a jejich financování. Stárnutí populace je často diskutovanou otázkou na celém světě a demografický vývoj postihuje všechny státy světa. V budoucnosti budou senioři tvořit čtvrtinu celé populace. Starší populace je v současné době diskriminována zejména na trhu práce. Úkolem společnosti je podpořit motivaci zaměstnavatelů v zaměstnávání starších osob různými finančními podporami. Na teoretickou část, která je v první části diplomové práce, navazuje praktická část, kde je provedeno dotazníkové šetření a analýza životní úrovně seniorů. Poslední část je věnována návrhům, jak situaci seniorům zlepšit |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the aging of the population and the financial needs of the elderly. The first part of this thesis describes the brief characteristics of demographic development in the Czech Republic. The following describes the offered social services and their financing. The aging population is often discussed issue around the world and the impact of an aging population on the Economy is enormous. In the future, elderly will make up a third of the entire population. Nowadays the elderly population is discriminated, especially in the labor market. Human society should support the motivation of employers to offer jobs to older people. This motivation could be triggered by the financial support of government Funds The theoretical part of this essay, which is in the first part of it, is followed by a practical part where the questionnaire survey and analysis of living standards of the elderly are the main issues. The last section is devoted to proposals to improve the situation of the elderly population. |
