Abstract in different language: The participative management style means that the employees have the ability to influence the conditions in which they work and, together with managers, are involved in all decisions. The use of experience and knowledge of employees through their participation should lead to higher quality of all decisions and their better acceptance and therefore to fulfilling the company objectives. Our research showed that 60.5% of employees feel like that in the decisions that they perceive as important, they can not participate. Participation in the decision is a factor that significantly correlates highly with the satisfaction of employees in the company. The companies that choose to implement this style of management must review the inappropriate ways in managing people and establish new rules in the cooperation with all employees. The result will bring the use of potential of employees, their motivation is higher, in the company there is lower staff turnover, high employee creativity and job satisfaction, which all will bring better results in overall business
