Abstract in different language: | The paper deals with assessment and rewarding of employees from the point of view of percieved justice of this process. It presents partial results of research realised over the period of years 2012-2013 connected to subject “Planning in enterprises”. For calculation we used non-parametric methods (Kruskal-Wallis ANOVA, Spearman coeficient and Kendall Tau). Were appropriate we used Tukey`s HSD test for further analysis of differences between the individual groups of respondents. Our main finding is that perception of justice of assessment and rewarding process is determined by the size of the enterprise, the working position of the respondent and partialy by the share of foreign capital in the ownership structure of the enterprise. Respondents working in enterprises characterised by higher number of employees tend to percieve the process of their assessment and rewarding as less fair in comparison to respondents working in enterprises with less employees. Another relevant determinat of perception of justice of evaluation and rewarding process is the working position of the respondent. Respondents working as manager percieve this process as fair while the respondents working on non-managerial position do not. There is difference between attitudes of respondents based on the share of foreign capital in the ownership structure of the enterprise they are working in. |
