Abstract in different language:	V príspevku sa zaoberáme vzťahom teoretických vedomostí a praktických zručností žiakov 7. ročníka na ZŠ pri práci s drôtom v predmete Technika a vzťahom praktických zručností a tvorivosti žiakov. Prezentujeme výsledky výskumu realizovaného v nižšom strednom vzdelávaní a porovnávame dosiahnuté výsledky s rovnakým výskumom realizovaným autorkami v prostredí ZŠ v Českej republike. The paper explores the relationship of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of 7th grade students at primary school when working with wire on the subject of Technics and the relationship of practical skills and creativity of students. We present results of the research conducted in lower secondary education and compare the achieved results with the same research carried out by authors in school environment in the Czech Republic.
