| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na srovnání podpory seniorů v České republice a Spolkové republice Německo. V jednotlivých částech porovnává demografický vývoj v těchto zemích a složky finanční a nefinanční podpory seniorů. V oblasti finanční podpory se práce zaměřuje zejména na důchodové zabezpečení a příspěvky sloužící k podpoře seniorů. Z pohledu nefinanční podpory se zaměřuje na služby poskytované v rámci sociální pomoci a zdravotní péče o seniory. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis is focused on comparing retirement support in Czech Republic and Germany. It compares demographical development and financial and non-financial support of seniors in these countries in individual chapters. In the area of financial support this thesis is focused specifically on retirement's security and the contributions to support seniors. From the non-financial point of view it focuses on services in terms of social assistance and health care for the elderly. |
