| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zdravotními systémy České republiky, Švédska a Spojených států amerických. Cílem práce je popsat a srovnat všechny tyto systémy a vyhodnotit, který z nich je "nejlepší". V první části práce jsou popsány základní pojmy ve zdravotnictví a také zdravotní systém České republiky. Druhá část obsahuje popis zdravotních systémů Švédska a Spojených států amerických. Hlavní část práce je kapitola, kde jsou všechny tyto systémy srovnány pomocí jednotlivých ukazatelů kvality a efektivity. Práce je zakončena zhodnocením všech zdravotních systémů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The master thesis deals with the health care systems of Czech Republic, Sweden and the United States of America. The goal of this thesis is to describe and compare all these systems and evaluate which systems is the "best". The first section describes the basic concepts of health care and health care system in the Czech Republic too. The second part contains a description of the health care systems of Sweden and the United States of America. The main part is the section where these systems are compared using various indicators of quality and efficiency. The thesis is finished with evaluation of health care systems. |
