| Abstract: | Předložená práce "Finanční analýza a její doporučení pro rozhodování podniku" je zaměřena na provedení finanční analýzy dvou nezávislých společností v odvětví Stavebnictví, konkrétně v oboru Specializované stavební činnosti, jejichž hlavním předmětem činnosti je poskytování kompletních služeb v oblasti výtahů a zdvihacích zařízení. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní charakteristiky finanční analýzy tzn. účel, zdroje, uživatele, metody, postupy a ukazatele finanční analýzy. Navazující praktická část začíná stručnou charakteristikou odvětví, následně jsou představeny obě společnosti, provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza absolutních ukazatelů, na kterou navazuje výpočet rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů těchto firem a současně je provedena komparace s odvětvím. Další část práce se zabývá pyramidovým rozkladem výnosnosti vlastního kapitálu a souhrnnými ukazateli finanční výkonnosti podniku. V závěru je zhodnocena finanční situace analyzovaných podniků, identifikovány problematické oblasti, navržena opatření pro rozhodování obou společností a zhodnocení, zda dané společnosti využily identifikované příležitosti na trhu v podobě neuspokojivého technického stavu výtahů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented work "Financial Analysis and Recommendations for Business Decisions" is focused on the implementation of financial analysis of two independent companies in the building industry branch, particularly in the field of specialized construction activities, which principal activity is to provide complete services in the field of lifts and lifting equipment. The theoretical part is focused on the basic characteristics of financial analysis, such as the purpose, resources, users, methods, procedures and financial analysis indicators. The following practical part then begins with a brief characteristic of the industry, after which the two companies are introduced and also the horizontal and vertical analysis of absolute indicators is accomplished. The process is then followed by the calculation of differential and financial ratios of these firms, meanwhile the comparison with the sector is provided. The next part deals with the pyramidal decomposition of return on equity and the overall financial performance of the company. The conclusion evaluates the financial situation of the analyzed companies and identifies the problem areas. Moreover, it proposes measures for decision-making for both of the companies, and assess whether the company used the identified market opportunities in the form of an unsatisfactory technical condition of the elevators. |
