| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vymezení nástrojů podpory rodin s dětmi v Dánsku, Velké Británii a Francii a následnou komparativní analýzu vybraných nástrojů a aspektů rodinné politiky v těchto zemích. Celá práce je rozčleněna do pěti kapitol. Nejprve se zabývá vymezením pojmů z oblasti sociální a rodinné politiky. Druhá část pojednává o jednotlivých modelech sociálního státu a rodinné politiky a o historii zvolených zástupců modelů sociálního státu s důrazem na vývoj v oblasti rodinné politiky. V další kapitole jsou vymezeny konkrétní nástroje podpory rodin s dětmi v Dánsku, Velké Británii a Francii z právního, sociálního a ekonomického hlediska. Hlavní důraz je kladen na peněžní dávky, daňové úlevy a instituce péče o děti. Další část práce se věnuje komparaci zemí v oblasti dávek porodného, délky mateřských, otcovských a rodičovských dovolených a přídavků na děti podle zvolených modelových situací. Výše jednotlivých dávek je vztažena k ukazatelům, jež nastiňují dopad dávek do životní úrovně rodin. Tato kapitola zahrnuje také komparaci financování oblasti podpory rodin s dětmi a porovnání vývoje fertility. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Diploma Thesis is focused on the tools of support of families with children in Denmark, United Kingdom and France and the consequent comparative analysis of the selected tools and the aspects of the family policy in these countries. The whole work is divided into five chapters. At first, the Thesis is dedicated to determine terms of the social and family policy. The second part deals about the particular models of the social state and family policy and about the history of the chosen representatives of the models of the social state with the emphasis on the progress of the family policy. In the next chapter, there are explained the specific tools of support of families with children in Denmark, United Kingdom and France from the legal, social and economic point of view. The main emphasis is putted on the financial allowances, tax concessions and institutions of childcare. The next part of the Thesis dedicates to the comparison of the countries in the field of maternity grant, maternity, paternity and parental leave, and child benefit according to the chosen model situations. The amount of the particular allowances is related to the indicators which indicate the impacts of the allowances to the living standard of the families. This chapter also includes the comparison of funding of the support of families with children and the comparison of the progress of fertility. |
