| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím zobrazovacích metod při traumatech dutiny břišní u dětí. Sestává z části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se nachází stručný nástin anatomie dutiny břišní, charakteristika zobrazovacích metod a radiační ochrana v pediatrii. Dále jsou v práci popsána jednotlivá poranění dutiny břišní v pediatrii a jejich diagnostika. Část praktická se zabývá kazuistikami dětských pacientů s poraněním břicha, u nichž zobrazovací metody byly klíčové pro správnou diagnostiku. Dále následuje grafické rozdělení pacientů dle věku, pohlaví, typu úrazu a podle užitých zobrazovacích metod. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the use of imaging methods at abdominal traumas in children. It consists of a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part is a brief outline of the anatomy of the abdominal cavity, followed by characterization of the imaging methods and radiation protection in pediatrics. Next is a description of abdominal traumas in pediatrics and their diagnostics. The practical part deals with cases of pediatric patients having abdominal traumas, where imaging methods had a crucial role to correctly diagnose the traumas. |
