Abstract: Bakalářská práce se zabývá prevencí kardiovaskulárních onemocnění, zejména pak úlohou výživy a pohybu. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část seznamuje čtenáře s problematikou těchto chorob, s jednotlivými rizikovými faktory a preventivními opatřeními. Největší pozornost je věnována výživě a pohybové aktivitě. V praktické části jsou shrnuty výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které bylo zaměřeno na muže a ženy ve věkové skupině 40 až 55 let. Cílem tohoto šetření bylo zjistit nejčastěji se vyskytující rizikové faktory, udělat si ucelený obrázek o životním stylu respondentů a porovnat mezi sebou životní styl žen a mužů.
Abstract in different language: This bachelor thesis deals with the prevention of cardiovascular disease, especially the role of nutrition and physical activity. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part introduces the reader to the problems of these diseases, there are described main risk factors and preventive measures. The greatest attention is paid to nutrition and physical activity. In the practical part, there are summarized the results of the survey, which is focused on men and women in the age of 40-55 years. The aim of this survey was to identify the most common risk factors, to do insight into the lifestyle of the respondents and to compare the lifestyles of women and men.
