Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na počítání vibrací olopatkovaných disků posledních stupňů NTdílů parních turbín. |
Abstract in different language: | This work is focused on the computation of vibrations for the last stage bladed disks of steam turbines. The blades with two integral structural contact (ISC) couplings are considered. The cyclic symmetry properties of bladed disks and the method of modal transformation utilising frequency response function matrices are used to reduce the number of degrees of freedom. Two problems are of the first rate importance here: (i) to obtain reliable results, the so-called “contact stiffnesses” of the interface contact elements must be set correctly to compensate for the omitted higher modes, (ii) to answer the question whether it is well-founded to call the ISC couplings “friction dampers”. To do so, three exemplary cases of LSB vibrations are studied: (i) vibrations excited by harmonic travelling wave of two nodal diameters, (ii) activation of a “sleeping” resonance regime by shaft torque excitation, (iii) vibrations of blades excited by harmonic travelling wave of eight nodal diameters. |
